1. Introduction

Welcome to EclipsPay. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, mobile applications, and other online services (collectively, the "Platform") provided by Monopause Limited ("we," "us," or "our").

By registering for an account or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

2. Eligibility

To use EclipsPay, you must satisfy the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Residency: You must be a legal resident of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
• Possess a valid Bank Verification Number (BVN) and other required government-issued identification.
• Not have been previously suspended or removed from the Platform.

We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time and may restrict access to our services in certain jurisdictions as required by Nigerian law.

3. Prohibited Activities

EclipsPay maintains a Zero Tolerance Policy toward illegal activities. You agree not to engage in any of the following:

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds where applicable by law, and reporting to relevant Nigerian authorities including the EFCC and CBN.

4. Trading Rules

All trades executed on EclipsPay are final. By initiating a trade (Buy, Sell, or Exchange), you acknowledge that:

• Rates are subject to market volatility and may change before execution.
• A service fee is applied to every transaction, clearly displayed before confirmation.
• Network fees (Gas fees) for blockchain transactions are outside of our control.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, Monopause Limited and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

We provide the Platform "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
